Chef AJ
Chef AJ Servidio graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY in 1994. Since then, he has moved through the ranks of the culinary world to obtain Executive Chef positions at both Rockland Country Club in Sparkill and Hudson 303 Sport Café in Tappan. He was Chef and Owner of AJ’s Catering & Take Out. small business
